United States Surpasses 5,000,000 COVID-19 Cases, 160,000 Deaths

The U.S. has surpassed five million confirmed cases of the coronavirus as some states saw sharp upticks while others showed signs that the spread of the virus was easing.
The U.S. continues to lead the world in number of confirmed cases, followed by Brazil with about three million cases and India with more than two million, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University.

It’s been a little over two weeks since we hit 4,000,000. Still, it seems to be the south’s fault.
